Miss Sixty ignores refunds

Unfortunately, I can only confirm that the customer service doesn't react in time or at all, but only if you need a refund. For me, I ordered a few articles and paid in advance. One of the items couldn't be delivered so I requested a refund. The customer service hasn't responded yet, I have been waiting for one week. After reading the other reviews, I think I will never receive my money back. This is the last time I ordered anything from Miss Sixty.
