I placed an order for 2 bags on November 2 and soon realized it was a scam. I attempted to cancel my order, and while they replied to my emails, they only insisted that the items were on their way. After a month, I received a shipping number that turned out to be fake. I reached out to the payment platform to initiate a claim, but they seemed to favor this seller. Ultimately, I had to call the payment platform directly to secure my refund. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this scam!
