The items received do not match the advertisement at all. They are not quilted bags, and the straps and finishes differ significantly from the images shown. When I attempted to request a refund, the response was, “You can try it with some outfits to see how it enhances your overall look,” and follow-up emails received the same generic replies. This feels like a complete scam!
