I ordered 5 bags intended as Christmas gifts on November 11, 2025. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my bags on time. I reached out via email, and while they expressed regret and promised to resolve the issue, I only received 2 out of 5 bags a week before Christmas. Although the design matched the picture, they were not quilted as expected. At least two recipients got their bags, but I ended up purchasing replacements elsewhere to ensure everyone had a gift. A week after Christmas, 2 more bags arrived, and again, they were not quilted. Thankfully, the only bag I haven't received is mine—the one with the crazy chickens. Now, it's January 6th, and I’m left wondering if I’ll get my bag this year. I've reported this company to the fraud department for assistance. I regret not checking reviews beforehand! I strongly advise against trusting this company or purchasing from them.
