I am a Brazilian consumer and I made a purchase on the website of Mister Tennis, an Italian company, involving tennis rackets with personalized stringing services, with delivery to Portugal, where I was temporarily staying. Even before the maximum delivery date, I made it clear, through several emails, that the delivery deadline was essential, as I would be returning to Brazil on January 11th.When I realized that there was no progress whatsoever in the order status, I contacted the company to reinforce the critical importance of meeting the deadline, explaining that I live abroad and that delivery after that date would make the purchase unviable. Despite this, the company either did not respond or replied only many days later, making communication practically impossible.I sent several emails, most of which were never answered. When responses were provided, they were limited to extremely generic messages, with no concrete information, no delivery forecast, and no effective solution. In all communications, I expressly requested that the company provide a functional customer service channel, such as a working phone number, WhatsApp contact, or that they contact me directly. This was never done. The website chat does not work and the phone numbers provided are not answered.The maximum delivery date informed was January 7th. Nevertheless, the order was delivered only on January 12th, when I had already returned to Brazil on January 11th, making the delivery completely useless at that moment.As a result, I suffered not only financial loss, but also lost the opportunity to purchase the rackets in Europe, where prices are significantly lower than in Brazil, which was the reason for making an international purchase.To make matters worse, when I attempted to request a return, the company’s website once again displayed an error and did not allow me to complete the process, repeating the failures previously experienced.This was an extremely frustrating experience, marked by a serious delay, lack of effective customer support, system failures, and complete disregard for the consumer.
