They sent me the incorrect item. They took my payment and sent the wrong product. I attempted to contact them via email, but received no response or assistance. Their customer service is nonexistent. Be cautious, they take your money and show no concern afterward. There’s no option to return the item, even if it’s incorrect or defective. Avoid purchasing from them; it’s a frustrating experience. Truly the worst customer service.
