Frustrating experience with customer service

I ordered two balls, one for a children's party, but only received one after a week, which seemed odd since both were in stock. After waiting a few days, I emailed customer service. Initially, they couldn't locate my account, so I provided my order number. Then, I received a refund without any explanation about the delivery issue or why I was getting a refund. They now ignore my emails asking for clarification. I didn't request a refund because I still need the ball.
