I purchased the Mivi Soundbar H750 with a lot of confidence, especially because it is an Indian brand. In the beginning, I was very satisfied with the performance and even recommended this product to my friends. However, after the warranty period ended, the soundbar stopped working. When I contacted the Mivi support team, I was shocked to learn that they do not provide any paid or authorized service once the warranty expires.Their reply was polite and apologetic, but very clear — after the warranty period, the customer is completely on their own. There is no repair option, no paid service center, and no technical support beyond the warranty. For a premium product like the Soundbar H750, this policy is extremely disappointing. Any serious electronics brand should at least offer paid repairs so that customers are not forced to discard the product when it fails.I chose the Mivi Soundbar H750 because I wanted to support an Indian brand and believed in its quality. But this experience has damaged that trust. A product at this price point should not become useless just because the warranty period is over.
