Had a problem as my boiler was not heating up I tried to get it sorted through the landlord and the contractor who built the property but to no avail after a day trying I contacted Mixergy themselves I left a message on the answering service and they called me within an hour and because the boiler is online and they can see the problem they talked me through how to put it right. Turns out I didn't need an engineer the immersion had just tripped out. Rob and Kaz told me where to find the trip switch and it was back in action I have to say excellent customer service and the boiler is really cheap to run as it learns what you use and only heats up what it thinks you need but you can easily override it from an app on your phone and boost it dead easy.Would I recommend Absolutely best boiler I've ever had your in complete control and excellent customer service 👍
