I have been calling Merrill Lynch during different days and times and when I enter all my information and the reason for my call they leave me on hold for up to two hours without any agent answering the call and without any courtesy response to notify the customer at least the time expected wait time, forcing the person to abandon the call for obvious reasons.This is a complete lack of respect towards the costumer.
