I had a very disappointing experience with MME Revise. I was charged £19.99 for a monthly subscription I believed had already been cancelled. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately and reached out to request a refund, given that the service was no longer needed or used.Despite explaining the situation clearly and citing relevant UK consumer protection laws, MME Revise repeatedly refused a refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions and insisted the charge was valid, with no consideration for good faith or customer experience. Their final response stated that the matter was closed and they would not engage in further discussion, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.While I understand the need for terms of service, a more customer-focused and flexible approach would have gone a long way - especially when the subscription was cancelled just one day after renewal with no usage.I won’t be using MME Revise again and would caution others to double-check their subscription settings carefully - this company won’t accommodate even the most reasonable requests.
