My second order from MMGAH had to be partially refunded. Communication was great on my first order. On this order I wanted to order 3 separate services. First 2 were completed and communication was great. First two items were complete with in about 24 hours. The third and arguably easiest service I ordered was dragging a little bit. Then2 days before weekly reset they told me I missed the raid times and will have to wait until next week to get my reclears. Totally unacceptable, since I paid and they had plenty of time to complete my order and they still have plenty of time to complete my order. They claimed my OTP held them up when the only time they communicated with me about this service was an hour and a half after I had already removed my OTP. Also my OTP was requested to be removed for all my previous orders and communication was great. I have no clue why this time they claimed my OTP caused delays and wanted to quote me a one week delay on arrives paid for. I hope it is a misunderstanding my now I’m looking elsewhere for bulk purchases.
