scammers. their website said that the full completion of the storyline (Genshin Impact) would cost me 109 euro and take 1-4 days. i specified all the details multiple times with multiple support agents (that my account is pretty much fresh new with nothing unlocked) yet they told me its ok and blatantly rushed me to proceed with the payment. after i paid, they finally decided to tell me that the deadline is actually 10-14 days (3x longer than stated on the website considering i paid for the EXPRESS high priority), did not want to refund me and instead suggested to either give me some of it back as coins on their website i can use on other services or top up my Genshin account w 3280 crystals. i agreed to the second option. after that they tell me that theres another issue: surprisingly a fresh new account doesnt have the ENTIRE MAP UNLOCKED (w the quests and the tps and a high AR and stuff) which is apparently an issue even tho i asked if this is ok TWICE before and they told me it is completely fine. after that they proceeded to change the website page for the service i used and change the requirements from the misleading lies they had there before. however the requirements to have everything unlocked is BS because its impossible in Genshin to be high AR with every region unlocked without completing the storylines at all (for example, Inazuma will not even let you inside the region before u complete the previous quests). they got back to me hours later just to tell me that its their fault and they take the responsibility however they put the consequences on me: i either get a refund of the order or i need to wait for a MONTH and pay them even MORE. i guess thats how they take responsibility. i already wasted 109 euro and a full day of my life on them. do not use this service if you do not want to be mislead and scammed and charged extra for something that they clearly said they would do faster and cheaper before. very disappointed.
