Took over 3 hours when they tell you 10min to 1hr wait time.. when I did reach some one they put me on hold for 10 to 20 min at a time.. the "suppliers" who sends out the invite dont message your or send multiple invites even when you ask.. if you as for a refund all of a sudden your order is ready.. I asked for a refund 2 times and all they said was sure but your order is ready do you want?? Its a hot mess.. not sure if they are located in the US or not but horrible experience
