I needed hoodies for my kids for winter and ordered them from the website using express shipping on November 14, 2025. As of December 10, 2025, I still haven’t received my shipment. After emailing customer service, I got a tracking number indicating the shipment originated in China on November 26, 2025, and is still there as of December 10, 2025. Now I’m worried about the quality as well.
