My experience with the service was terrible. Initially, my travel consultant was unprofessional and failed to communicate about transport and pick-up arrangements, which made us feel unsafe as female travelers. Additionally, when booking the tour, I specifically inquired about a boat tour on the Blyde River, and I was assured it was included. However, during the Panorama tour, our guide informed us otherwise. On the second to last day, the staff at the lodge called to confirm our pick-up time, which had not been provided to us, and they were quite rude. On the final day, the driver was instructed to drop us off at night in a different location rather than our hotel, which we had booked and paid for. Once again, my consultant failed to fulfill their duties. Fortunately, the driver managed to arrange a drop-off at the hotel, taking care of what should have been my consultant’s responsibility. I will never use this service again, and I recommend others avoid it to prevent disappointment.
