I am very unhappy with the customer service. I posted on their page about a ring and necklace my partner gifted me for Christmas. After only wearing them since then, I've developed a severe rash on my neck as both items have turned orange! Their jewelry is certainly not stainless steel. When I mentioned this on their social media, they chose to delete my post instead of addressing the issue or clarifying their misleading claims. This experience has been truly disappointing.
