They replied to my messages almost instantly and were incredibly helpful. They not only addressed my concerns promptly but also offered to contact the pharmacy directly if there were any further problems.Overall, while there was a hiccup with the prescription's validity in Belgium, for a moment there, (it was finally accepted at another pharmacy) Mobidoctor's speed in delivering the prescription and, more importantly, their excellent, fast, and helpful customer service really stood out. I appreciate their quick assistance and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue.
