Although the doctor was quite late, I was able to contact through chat to check on the status and they proactively offered to give me a credit for the appointment which they still honored.Meeting with the doctor went great and was able to talk through my symptoms and resolve for an appropriate prescription with discussion on usage. From there I was given multiple options on how to fill the specific prescription where the chat also advise on how to fill online that could be delivered anywhere within the EU quickly.Overall great proactive service.
