Customer support won't reply emails. Chat is useless. Its seens to be very hard to get an answer how up front paid consultations can be used. Seems shady. Good customer care is that you inform that you have received the message and try to get back as soon as possible.First consultation was ok,brief but ok. I sent my blood work.I don't know if doctor reviewed them at all.2 stars because the consultation is almost 3 times cheaper as in private sector here
