Good communication, but overall a disappointing experience.Paid a lot for a “pristine” phone and still had to pay shipping. The device looked good but had distorted sound, not acceptable for the price. Support were polite and responsive but made me repeat steps I’d already tried. I sent it back, but they’ve kept my money and the replacement is delayed due to stock issues. No good will gesture or reassurance had to chase for information on a replacement that's when it came to light they have issues getting hold of a replacement and there will be a delay. If your order arrives on a Friday with problems, expect a long wait as they don’t operate weekends. If I’d traded in my old phone, I’d have been left with nothing.I still don’t know when my replacement will arrive,I have been given an approx guideline and i am hoping soon, and I’m not reassured it will be in full working order or that I’m a valued customer. I hope my feedback helps improve the experience for others, as the communication was good, the process and quality control just need tightening up.
