Upon notice to proceed they moved quickly and efficiently and displayed knowledge and flexibility, navigating the chaotic aftermath of a natural disaster AND the beginning of the COVID-19 mess. The president was very hands on, managing almost all communication and checking in at appropriate intervals; whenever you needed something he was available.
