Absolutely horrible company. I purchased an item at the end of 2024 which was a counterfit (confirmed by the makers of the item). I raised a chargeback claim for them item as they had stated over the phone that because the item was opened (to be tested) they would not refund. During the process of this I received a threatening phone call from the owner of the company. They lied through the chargeback stating things differently via email than what was said over the telephone and then tried to dispute that this company on trustpilot is there's (even thought it links direct to their website). AVOID AVOID AVOID.
