I paid a deposit of £100 and was promised a quick arrival within 30-60 minutes. After waiting for 3 hours with no updates, I made several calls, each time being told I would receive a call in five minutes, which never happened. Eventually, I received a call saying they were on their way, but by then I had already decided to hire another service that arrived in 30 minutes. When I informed the representative not to come, he reacted aggressively, threatening me and using foul language because I canceled. I was completely taken aback. When I tried to reach out to the company about my experience, they showed no concern and refused to refund my deposit. I strongly advise against using this service.
