It genuinely feels like a scam. I was charged $24 to unlock a phone I purchased refurbished, which was supposed to be unlocked but wasn't. They confirmed it was unlockable. Then, 24 hours later, they inform me that the unlock is ready... but at an unexpected additional cost of $84. No way. I’ll take the $24 loss and return the phone.
