Very deceptive. Charged $28 for an unlock, with no mention of another fee. Then asked for another $55 2 days later. When does it stop? The modem they were unlocking wasn't even worth $28 and all the online resources say it's free to unlock. They're deceptively pocketing big profits. DO NOT BUY.
