My experience yesterday with this company was a 10 out of 10.That's been the one bright spot of this week, as I seem to have spent almost the whole of my week chasing poor service supplied by three of my other suppliers.I digress, Richard, their technician was excellent.We managed to offer him a fault that was completely brand new to him, but he wasn't phased.The product that M in M sold me was state-of-the-art engineering and digitally advanced, so fortunately Richard doesn't carry a hammer.So the product and the service was of the top range.Many thanks.regards Keith Balmer
