The software is impressive overall. However, it has a major flaw: while it's compatible with Word, it cannot edit documents created with Word. I can open older files, but editing is locked. This reduces its usefulness considerably. I suspect this limitation may relate to sales strategies—either in conjunction with another company or to boost the service's sales by restricting the free version. I opted for this because the Word version I previously paid for ceased working after a year and demands further payments for updates, which I’m currently avoiding. This service has provided a helpful alternative while I figure things out. Despite these concerns, it’s user-friendly and efficient. It's comforting to know I can create new work, though I still need to resolve access issues with older files. Without this limitation, I would have rated it higher—around 4 or even 4.5 stars.
