The software is quite impressive. However, it has a significant drawback: although it works well with Word, it cannot edit documents created in Word. I can access old files, but they remain locked for editing, which greatly limits its potential. I suspect there are reasons for this limitation, possibly linked to sales strategies—whether in collaboration with another company or to enhance the service's sales by limiting the free version's capabilities. I chose this option because my previously paid version of Word stopped functioning after a year and requires further payments for updates, which I’m currently unwilling to make. This service has been a practical alternative as I consider my next steps. Despite my concerns, it is a very user-friendly and efficient word processor. It’s reassuring to know I can create new work, even though I still need to figure out how to properly access my older files. If not for this one issue, I would have rated it higher—possibly around 4 or even 4.5 stars. Thank you.
