I paid in full for a specific item on March 7th, 2021, and was assured it would arrive quickly. I understood delays during the pandemic, but now it’s January 1st, 2026, and I still haven't received it. After being patient for over a year, I find it more challenging to get a response than anything else in the past five years. When I do hear back, I'm treated as if my concerns are trivial and told to calm down. I've seen others on social media receiving the same item I ordered, despite them ordering much later. It's baffling how I’ve been treated. I was given specific dates for tracking information and delivery, along with money-back guarantees, none of which were honored. When I inquired about the refund, my requests were either ignored or outright refused. It’s disheartening, as I would have purchased more items if my order had been fulfilled. All I want is either my order or the promised refund. Instead, I am met with condescension and laughter regarding my concerns. The only way this review will change is if I receive what I paid for or the refund I was promised multiple times. I have documented all communications since my order, proving I was misled.
