We ordered two chest of drawers from Mocka on Nov 23rd. We were supposed to have been delivered Dec 5th, a long enough delay. On Dec 12th, still no delivery. We contact regularly Kevin at Steadfast Logistics, the freight company that oversees the delivery and he could not be more incompetent, he just keeps saying "we will be in touch with the courier" without ever following up, actually reaching the courier or trying to move anything forward. Despite having just moved in an apartment that needs furnishing we will never buy again from Mocka, that's a certainty.
