I placed my order over two months ago and still have not received my delivery. The shipment remains stuck in customs due to documentation issues that should have been handled by the company prior to shipping.I communicated extensively with a representative named Fanny, who repeatedly assured me the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, this did not align with what FedEx confirmed, and communication eventually stopped altogether.I am now out both the product and my money, with no resolution or accountability. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ordering based on the service I received.
