Customer support responds quickly and politely, which deserves credit. However, the final resolution was frankly absurd. Even though I provided the correct address and this was acknowledged, the package was returned by DHL and Mockberg claimed they could not resend the item because it was processed in “bulk returns.”Being told that a paid product cannot be resent simply because it ended up in a bulk return process is not a reasonable or customer-friendly outcome. The result was a long back-and-forth, no product received, and a lot of unnecessary frustration.Fast responses, but a very poor customer experience overall.
