I saw a gorgeous watch on Instagram and decided to order it. Sadly, the experience has been a nightmare. DHL claimed my address was “wrong” (it’s correct and I receive deliveries there all the time). They say my house number was in the wrong field?! Never had that before. Nobody from the company bothered to contact me, I had to find out myself. Meanwhile the tracking hasn’t updated.When I asked for a refund, they told me I have to wait until the package is returned to them (God knows when that’ll be) plus another 14 days. Meanwhile, they don’t answer my emails or provide any real support.Because I liked the watch so much I ordered another one. This one is on its way. If it’s ever delivered I’ll return it because I don’t trust they’ll help me if something happens to the item. The products might look amazing, but the service behind them is awful. No delivery, no refund, no communication. Think twice before ordering.
