I paid £892 for a Moda Donna fast-track bundle course via bank transfer, which included IPL & Laser Hair Removal (VTCT Level 4) and Anatomy & Physiology (Level 3), with no contract signed. The full bundle cost £1,789, but I only paid the first instalment. After just two lessons, I found the training poor quality, unsuitable for my background, and offered no clear career path. The course is only five days long, but you cannot truly learn anatomy, physiology, or become a competent professional in that time. Most students are non-medical and inexperienced, and the course seems designed only to give them a quick qualification for a job, not real competence.None of the staff are registered medical professionals, yet they perform invasive treatments such as Botox, microneedling, medium/deep chemical peels, laser, and many others. The “models” were clients receiving discounted treatments, so the school didn’t actually incur real costs. They were also disappointed that I only paid the first instalment, even though it covered part of the discounted bundle.When I asked for a refund, they refused, hiding behind Terms and Conditions and claiming “resources and teacher time” were allocated. This course feels like a money-grab, not quality training. Students are misled, unprepared, and risk wasting hundreds of pounds. Avoid Moda Donna.
