Worst experience ever. Please don't go to this place and waste your time. I booked microneedling with them during Christmas break, and one day before, they called me and asked me to reschedule my appointment. I told them that this appointment was booked weeks in advance, and if they can arrange some other therapist, but they denied and asked if I could come a bit earlier, which we agreed to, and I told them that I have very sensitive skin, so I will use numbing cream for at least 25 mins. They said they would check and confirm but never called back. The day I got a call saying I didn't confirm the appointment, so if I can confirm today, the next appointment available is 28th December after a week. I told them that we agreed on a time yesterday, but they told me I didn't and hung up the phone. We agreed to the time and date after a week, but I specifically mentioned that I use numbing cream, and when I reached for my appointment, I was told that they don't use numbing cream. The therapist, “Gabriella, went out to check with the manager, “Agme", and came back saying they don't have enough time to use numbing cream, and when I asked if you use numbing cream or not, she was confused and said, “No, they don't, and asked me to cancel my booking, so I asked them to do facial or microdermabrasion. She called her manager “Agme” again and confirmed that they can only offer steaming and extraction, but I paid for microneedling and not for cleansing. I asked if I could speak with the manager, but she denied saying that she is on holiday and she will not speak with me. Overall, the disaster place with an unprofessional attitude. The manager did not try to help me at all. I was so frustrated with the whole situation and will not recommend anyone to visit this unprofessional and unpleasant place, and I hope the company reads this review and takes steps to improve the quality of the service.
