I ordered a card for my child, but a new card was sent that we did not receive. My old address was still linked to the account. We tried the chat system but got no response or emails. Updating our mailing address has been challenging. We've reached out to have a new card sent, needing two since my daughter lives in two homes. There needs to be better communication, and a response would be helpful.
