Terrible Customer Service
Contacted Moda Minx 3 times over the course of 1 month to report a faulty item to return. Only received the generic email received confirmation for all 3 and NO reply to any of my emails. unable to return item as it is now out of return window.
Still no reply to emails - shocking customer service and no other way to contact them other than HELP@moda Minx.com
