Such a shame as I genuinely loved two of the pieces I ordered, but the overall experience has been really disappointing. I returned several items from my order and have only been refunded for about half of what was sent back.
Customer service has been extremely poor — I waited weeks for a response, and when I finally heard back, the replies were unhelpful and didn’t properly address the issue. It’s frustrating to have paid in full when most of the order was returned and still not have this resolved.
Unfortunately this experience has completely put me off ordering again.
