I have never left a review but my experience with this place has been awful! - I ordered a dress for my friends wedding and although they promise express shipping and shipping within 24hours of the order , the dress was sitting in turkey for 4 days in total before I practically begged them to contact DHL and send an invoice so the shipment can be released . Their response was “you contact DHL yourself” and at times without even reading my message they would tell me to just pay custom charges which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. This was not the worst of it! - When the dress arrived , the zipper was ripped off from the dress! I spent hours fixing it before the event . The dress ripped before I left for my event completely from the bottom as it was extremely cheap quality- definitely not worth the price I paid ..The dress continued to rip throughout the day💔 . On top of all the above ,the dress glitter from this dress is unbelievable- I rode in two cars throughout my day and they both have to be professionally cleaned due to the glitter fallout! I have work with dresses in the past and I know its normal to expect some fallout but this was on a different level!
