Extremely disappointing! They refused to refund me £70 when I accidentally selected premium, thinking it was a free trial. The platform is ineffective. I've registered with four agencies in London and have many castings, but this service hasn't provided a single opportunity, and there are very few castings available each month. Don't waste your money.
