Very Disappointing Experience

I placed an order on 11/30/2025, and as of 1/07/2026, I still haven't received it. I've contacted the company several times regarding my order, but I've made no progress. They provided a tracking number that showed delivery in Ontario, CA, while I live in Washington State. Both my billing and shipping addresses are correct and in Washington State. This company appears to be a scam, refusing to send my package or issue a refund. I strongly caution against ordering from this site.
