I order a special pillow for my wife who is ill on the 6 Nov & paid for express post to get it delivered asap in 3 to 4 days. It is now the 18 Nov & I still have not received the pillow which my wife needs urgently. The tracking shows that is has been moved to nearly 20 depot stations & been in Sydney depots for the last couple of days but I still haven’t received it. I sent 2 messages to their support section & received 2 apologies & an offer to refund my express postage costs I paid for. Having a Aust website & name Modern Aussie I was of the belief the company was based in Australia and I paid a lot more for the same item heaps cheaper elsewhere so I could get the item asap but it appears to be based in China and they use the words ‘station’ in the tracking so you don’t know what city or country the depots are at. I just want the pillow for my wife asap. Please use caution when ordering from Modern Aussie.
