I'm reposting an old review about this company. They've repeatedly contacted me, promising to refund my payment for a delivered product if I delete my factual reviews. Yet again, they failed to follow through—never providing the promised refund—which perfectly illustrates why I gave them the negative review in the first place. This company cannot be trusted.ORIGINAL REVIEW POSTED IN DECEMBER 2024Fraudulent Online Store: Misleading Delivery Times and Dropshipping Scam Warning – Please DO NOT BUY from this company—it's a complete scam! While they claim to be an Australian company, their products are shipped from China, appearing to be a cheap dropshipping operation. I purchased a mini Nintendo console believing the delivery time would be 5-10 calendar days. However, after almost two weeks, my product hasn't even been shipped. I've contacted the company multiple times and received outrageous responses. They claim the delivery times are 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS from the shipping date and not 5-10 days as it says in their website, but this information is nowhere on their website. They mislead customers with false promises of fast delivery, and their website never mentions "business" or "working" days. When I requested order cancellation and a refund, their responses were absurd. First, they briefly apologized, falsely claiming I misunderstood their business day shipping policy. Then they offered a $20 AUD voucher for future purchases instead of a refund. In their latest email, they still refused cancellation and reduced their offer to just $10 AUD off a future purchase. I've filed a complaint with the ACCC and initiated a dispute through my bank. This website and business are completely fraudulent. Don't make the same mistake I did.Also their 5 stars reviews in their website are clearly just fake!!!
