Overall I have had a very great experience with Moderno. I loved that you could get the fabric sample sent to me for free, and they arrived very quickly. After I had placed my order for a couch, someone from their customer service reached out to me to verify that the specifications I had chosen were indeed the ones that I wanted as they. I have not tried contacting them on the phone, but my experience is that they answered my e-mails within an hour of sending them. They were also very friendly, and I had a positive experience with them overall. I had ordered the couch to be assembled, and the guys delivering and assembling it were speedy and friendly. Also, the couch arrived a lot sooner than they had initially estimated.
