I bought a bunk bed for the summer house,and waited over a month to receive it. So I paid some Polish guys to build it for me. They have a lot of experience doing this work. Ever since they started to building it, the wood has already started to split.The quality is very poor. Worse than I thought... I've thrown my money in the bin! I sent them an e-mail and photos complaining and after 3 days I received a reply saying "I’m sorry. I will pass it on the claims department". after a week I didn’t heard anything back. Where is the customer service? This would never happen if I bought it at Ikea or Jysk. And I'm talking about cheap places.It takes less than five minutes to shop at Moderno.dk After that it's only stress!
