I ordered a commode from moderno.dk hoping it would get delivered within 10 work days. I have also included a note in the order noting that I will be out of the country for a few days during that window. Unfortunately, the note was ignored and I got a message saying it will be delivered when I'm not home. Since then, changing and arranging the delivery time was a hassle, it was difficult to get a response. After multiple emails customer support was able to assist me and resolve the issue, for which I am increasing the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. However, there's plenty of room of improvement - communication should be more consistent and faster. As for furniture & assembly instructions quality: it's standard laminate, you get what you pay for. The color (Sonoma Eg) looks different from pictures (in real life it's lighter), screws came mixed in two bags and not labeled, so it takes some time to figure out what is what. After that, instructions were detailed enough to follow.
