I will just add to the many others who have already written about their negative experiences here: this has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. The sofa I ordered is already one month behind schedule. I've had the delivery confirmation twice, but right before the delivery, I received a call informing me that the sofa couldn't be delivered either a part was missing or the driver wasn't available. I made all the necessary preparations and waited twice during the day for the sofa to come. This is the reason I had to dump my old sofa and get a new one as a temporary replacement. In addition to what I already mentioned, I received an email from Moderno suggesting that I should cancel the order. I strongly believe that by sharing my experience, many others would also benefit.
