Good quality furniture with poor services.Pleasantly surprised with the bunk bed's quality and aspect. Really difficult to work with Moderno. Sloppy handling of the order confused me about its status. I could never get in touch with them by the large phone number displayed on the website. They sent me an incomplete order. The diagrams showing how to assemble the bed were often wrong. Generally, the feel i got is that their backend systems just don't work and they're putting in uncoordinated manual effort to deal with cases. They may have grown too quickly to scale their ability to match the demand. Good luck to Moderno streamlining their business. I will try another shop next time.
