What a horrible company! I thought (still kind of do think this is a scam)! We ordered our bunk bed on January 14th and have still yet to hear anything about an estimated delivery date. It's already 3 weeks PAST the 4-6 weeks I was supposed to wait. So disappointed. Customer service has been responding, but there's NEVER a solution. NEVER doing anything about pushing it forward, or even giving us clarity. It's beyond frustrating and ridiculous!! SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!
